Mr. Satish C. Gupta, PRESIDENT: With degrees in B.E. from Panjab University, Chandigarh and MBA from UBS, Panjab Universitiy, Chandigarh, Mr. Gupta has over 30 years of experience in the Indian industry with an extensive network. He brings vast General Management and Leadership experience with expertise in startups, strategic tie-ups and JVs. Mr. Gupta founded the Anchit Consulting Group in 2003, building a team of several top notch senior consultants with long international experience and knowledge and a network of professionals and consultants in 14 countries. At ACG, he has been instrumental in helping a number of international companies enter the Indian. He was actively involved as cotractor for installing and maintaining Mother Compressors and Dispensers in the first phase of the largest CNG project of the world in New Delhi. He also founded Microwin Electronix Ltd., producing India’s first indigenously designed and developed Microwave Oven. He is also credited with coining the brand “Gopi” and developing the strategy for a nation-wide launch of Gopi kitchen appliance. Gopi soon became the household name for kitchen appliances in India.
Mr. Rajesh Jain, GENERAL MANAGER - INTERNATIONAL MARKETING: A Commerce graduate from Delhi University, he has had over 25 years experience in advertising and sales promotion, followed by marketing and brand management. Responsible for locating marketable products from outside India and Indian products for foreign buyers. He has successfully launched and distributed several leading home appliances brands in India. Has been associated with many Indian companies as Marketing and Export Consultant. Has also traveled to South Africa, East African countries, Gulf countries, Sri Lanka, Turkey, China, Hong Kong, Bangladesh and Mauritius on business assignments. In short his foreign jaunts have been business wise successful.
Mr. Anchit Gupta, GENERAL MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Anchit is an Electronics and Communications Engineer from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, New Delhi and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.
Mr. S Umesh , Sr. Consultant: Umesh is M.Sc., (Chemistry) and MBA (University Business School, Chandigarh). He has 27 years experience in corporate sector with reputed companies like UB, BPL. HMT, TVS, HAL, Spic Group, McCann Erickson. His exposure includes Market planning, Advertising, Market Research, CRM, Strategy apart from Systems audit. He has also participated in Business Process Reengineering initiatives during his working tenure. He is also visiting/guest faculty at many management institutes.
Mr. Gopal Ratnam, Sr. Consultant: Gopal is a BE (Mechanical Engg), and an MBA (Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore). He has twenty experiences of which ten years were in corporate sector with reputed companies like Grindwell Norton, Maruti Suzuki and TVS-Suzuki. He has worked in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Project Management and Marketing. His work exposure in Marketing includes Marketing Strategy, Market Research, Advertising and Sales, in Projects includes Planning, Monitoring and Implementation. He has actively undertaken frontline selling of high value equipments/machineries for five years. He is a life member of Indian Society of Training and Development (ISTD). He is member of the Institution of Valuers (India). He has professional/business affiliations with other organisations like the BMA, Institution of Engineers (India) and FKCCI.
